Away from industrial standards, our master blacksmiths still process traditional steels and create real innovations from them. The Vietnamese blacksmiths read the steel, respond individually to the raw materials, which is impossible in mass production, and thus get the most out of each workpiece. No two knives look 100% the same, although their standards are high and the quality gets checked thoroughly: each one shows the blacksmith’s touches and is therefore always unique.

AUTHENTIC BLADES are processed in a simple way, have a stylish, rustic look and, above all, extremely sharp. It is precisely this minimalism that makes the knives so affordable. From the complex forging and hardening of the blades to the carving of the handles and grinding, the manufacturing process is carried out in a forge: with enormous skill and impressive speed. The knowledge of special hardening methods and the typical cut has been passed down for generations and ensures the high quality and functionality of the blades. For these, AUTHENTIC BLADES are highly valued.
